Our Trip to Mexico

Hola!
Dean & I had a super time away this past week on our 5 day cruise to Mexico. Graciously the grandparents watched the 3 kiddos so we could have a bit of relaxing and rejuvenating time alone.
Due to an emergency on the ship we were only able to make one port which was to Cabo San Lucas. We were spoiled on our cheap excursion. We for the first time went kayacking in the Sea of Cortez. Our kayak had a clear bottom in the center so we were able to see many creatures. We also saw a humpback whale in the distance, we were right next to a family of sea lions, and we saw the famous arch that connects to the Pacific Ocean. After all of that excitement we jumped into the water and went snorkling. Absolutley amazing!!! We saw all kinds of fish and the visibility was spectacular.
The rest of the days we spent at sea and we were able to enjoy the sun and view of the ocean.
When we got back to San Diego we went down to TJ to get the cheap souveneirs we didn't get on the cruise. We quickly enjoyed our cheap taco, went shopping and then spent the rest of the day near the beach.
We had a great time and made many memories that will stay with us :)
